License agreement

Try Mochimoment free for 7 days, then buy it once to keep it. Use it on your own Macs, and please don't share your key.

This agreement is between you and San Labo, who makes Mochimoment ("we"). By installing or using Mochimoment, you agree to it. Lemon Squeezy sells Mochimoment for us as the merchant of record, so their terms cover your payment.

Try it first

Mochimoment is free for 7 days, with everything on. After that, Mochi naps: breaks and nudges stop until you buy a license. Your Mochis and stats stay on your Mac either way.

What you get

• A license for you to use Mochimoment, at home or at work, on as many Macs as your purchase covers. Your receipt says how many.
• One payment, no subscription. It keeps working for as long as you like.
• Free updates to Mochimoment 1.

Moving to another Mac

On the old Mac, open Settings › General and choose deactivate this Mac, then enter your key on the new one. If the old Mac is gone, email hello@mochimoment.com and we'll free up its spot.

Please don't

• share, sell or give away your license key
• copy, change, take apart or reverse engineer the app
• pass the app on to others, or use it to break the law

What's yours, what's ours

Your Mochis, breaks, stats and settings are yours, and they stay on your Mac. Mochimoment itself, Mochi and its art included, belongs to us. This license lets you use it; it doesn't hand over ownership.

Refunds

Changed your mind? You can get your money back within 14 days of buying. The refunds page says how.

No warranty

We work hard to make Mochimoment reliable, but it comes as is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. It's a friendly reminder to take breaks, not medical advice: if your eyes, back or wrists hurt, see a professional.

Limits

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for your license.

Ending

Your license lasts as long as you follow this agreement. If you break it, the license ends and you'll need to stop using Mochimoment. You can stop anytime by deleting the app.

Changes

If we change this agreement, we'll update the date at the top. A change applies to versions released after it.
